Recent information revealed a 2nd well in Sabine Parish was tested at over 20 MMcfd with a flowing pressure above 8000 psi.  Although the well is now operated by Shell, the completion was executed by their JV partner EnCana.  The previous super well was also in T9N-R11W (Section 20).

Thanks mighty old dog 573 I appreciate your quick response.
Does Encana use a 25/64 choke on all it's wells?

ken,

No... each well is unique, therefore not all wells will have the same choke. I have noticed that Encana uses a lot of 25/64 chokes, but not exclusively.

Ken, EnCana tends to use slightly larger choke size on the stronger wells as evidenced by the high flowing pressure.
Thanks to you both for your reply.
I trust this means good news for S32-T9N-R-11W.  I guess we are like most others wondering if they are going to go ahead and drill or not!  Thanks for the information!

fyi, there is a well permitted in s32, 9n, 11w:

What about EnCana, Jean Larsen 17 #H1 Well, Serial #242201, S17-T9N-R11W
Any news?

Can't depend on Sonris for timely info.  I have a well in production now 3 weeks that was drilled 9 months ago and it still has it listed as reaching "TD" that was posted in November 2010.  Go figure

I do know the Jean Larson pad will have multiple wells.  Gas Factory you may call it. Though, I believe there is another name they are now calling it besides a gas factory.
