After hearing so many horror stories about Chk., do we have to deal with them or can we enter into a possible lease agreement and/or arrangement with another company?  A well spud date occurred on Sept., 28, 2011 and we are UMO.

What research can be done that will show what other oil & gas companies hold leases in this area?
LN, you could check what other companies operate wells in the immediate vicinity.
