CHK has applied to the Commissioner to replace XTO as Operator in HA RA SU77 (S17-9N-13W), HA RA SU83 (S15-9N-13W) and HA RA SU84 (S22-9N-13W), Converse Field, Sabine Parish. Link to application follows:

If I were a lessor in those units I would want the wells completed and turned to sales so I could receive royalty payments. I posted the discussion hoping to hear some details on why XTO is reluctant to operate. From CHK's interest to operate it would seem there is nothing wrong from a geological stand point.
