Chesapeake Deductions

Does anyone have any information about the meetings or have been to a meeting in East Texas and Caddo/Bossier regarding deductions form royalty checks?  I plan on attending the Marshall, Texas meeting... and was wondering what to expect.  Thanks.

I heard from an E TX mineral owner yesterday that the McDonald firm was holding meetings to promote similar suits against operators other than Chesapeake.

Is anyone out familiar with Sabine Operating?  They were once NFR.  Their transportation charges are almost 50%... one half of the royalty payment!
