Chesapeake has their minions from Twin Cities out on the prowl in this area! They are offering $2500 anacre and a whopping 20% royalty. Folks are showing landmen to the door left and right in my association. I say, don't let the door hit ya where the Good Lord split ya!!!

We know it's here in our area. The landmen are trying their best to scare us into signing a crummy lease. $2500 an acre and 20% royalty thanks but no thanks
