Comstock lease

Can anyone tell me about the well that Comstock just sent division papers out on.  It is 

HA RA SUYY; GRANTHAM 30-31 HC #1-alt

Is this a good well?

It is in DeSoto Parish t12n-r15w

Use this link to review the well file.  It's a little below average for that particular area but any well that puts a check in your mailbox is a good well.
