Line 24, Amendment to Royalty Provision:

The royalties payable to Lessor herein shall be Twenty percent (20%) as to all depths in lieu of the 1/8th provided in Paragraph 4 hereof.  Lessor's royalty shall be calculated free and clear of cost and expenses for exploration, drilling, development and production including, but not limited to, dehydration, storage, compression, separation by mechanical means and product stabilization incurred prior to the production leaving the leased premises or lands pooled therewith.  Lessor's royalty shall bear its proportionate share of ad valorem taxes and production, severance, or other excise taxes.  Any contract of sale entered into by Lessee with the purchaser of oil, gas or mineral products that might be derived from the production of oil and gas shall be an "arms length" transaction.

Is rig off location? If not. they are not moving in equipment to frac.

ConocoPhillips to drill Central Louisiana A/C exploration wells in 2018. Article (April 3, 2018)

"Meanwhile, the company acquired about 245,000 net acres of early-lifecycle unconventional acreage in the Lower 48 earlier this year for “a very low entry cost,” per the release. Now, ConocoPhillips has “identified that most of the acreage is in the Austin Chalk play in central Louisiana,” where the company will drill several exploration wells starting this year."

Any thoughts on which parishes CP is focused on with this acreage position?
