T15N-R11W is the first township-range to have every section included in a Haynesville Unit. Although only the east half of Section 6 has been included in a unit, that is close enough for government work since over 90% of the acreage in the township-range has been included in units. The Haynesville units are shown below:

Les, explain the 4/5, the 5/6/38, the 6/7/38 and the 5/8.............are these not single section units?
SB, some of the units like 4/5 consist of parts of 2 sections. Also, there are some irregular sections like 38. The units are all ~ 640 acres.
Les, can you possibly look at 15/11, Section 32 and tell me what size unit Section 32 was approved for? I'm thinking 584 acres. It would be a Petrohawk operated unit.
SB, you are right the unit was approved for +/- 584 acres.
Thank you, Les. That will mean that Section 33 would also be a 584 acre unit, which was the way the Cotton Valley units were approved some years back.
Les. What is the consequence for the west half of Section 6? Any idea why it was not included in a unit?
Skip, it appears the combination of existing CV units & irregular sections created Haynesville units that include pieces of sections. As I recall there is acreage in T15N-R12W that can be combined with the W/2 of Section 6 to form a unit. If nothing else, someone could form a 320 acre unit.
If nothing else, someone could form a 320 acre unit.

I wanna be in that one.
