     I got a call from somebody that said they were representing XTO and Blackstone.   Offered a pretty penny for my mineral acres.

The Bossier formation is shallower than the Haynesville.  This is the way XTO tends to drill their units: 1 Haynesville well and 1 Bossier well.  Your lease covers both formations.
