Steve, you'd have to get very lucky for a member of the Union County group to see this discussion considering how long it has been since there was anything worth discussing in that area.  I suggest that you post this discussion in the Union County Group.  When you do that, every member of the group (48 members) will get an email noticing the posting of the new discussion in their group.  So even if they haven't been on GHS for months, or perhaps years, they will still be prompted to view your discussion.

A quick review only reveals a new well (medium depth, oil) by Quanico Oil & Gas, Craig-Moody #1, in Section 17, Township 17 South, Range 14 West.  May or may  not be associated with a "Ten Mile" project.
