E.Tx Drilling - April 24,2010:

Panola County

Classic Operating completed the Sempra Energy Well No. 2 to 11,228 feet five miles west of Joaquin in the Carthage Field. On a 32/64-inch choke the well potentialed 2.478 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley.


Anadarko E&P completed the CGU 19 Well No. 17 to 9,761 feet 4.3 miles northwest of Carthage in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 1.067 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley.


Andarko E&P completed three wells in the Carthage Field.


The CUG 25 Well No. 20 hit 9,897 feet 6.8 miles northwest of Carthage and potentialed 832,000 cubic feet of gas on an adjustable choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley.


The Boren Unit 1 Well No. 9HH hit 10,684 feet 7.4 miles southeast of Carthage and potentialed 4.839 million cubic feet of gas on a 22/64-inch choke. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.


The CGU 16 Well No. 20 hit 9,688 feet 4.7 miles northwest of Carthage and potentialed 496,000 cubic feet of gas on an adjustable choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley.


Chevron completed the Kelly-Lincoln Well No. 5 to 9,600 feet in a lease 9.7 miles east of Carthage in the Carthage Field. The well potentialed 370,000 cubic feet of gas on am adjustable choke. Production is in the Travis Peak.


Goodrich Petroleum completed the G.T. Waldrop GU Well No. 5H to 13,475 feet 5.7 miles southwest of Tatum in the Beckville Field. On a 46/64-inch choke the well potentialed 3.899 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley.


Anadarko E&P completed the CGU 21 Well No. 22 to 9,881 feet 5.5 miles northwest of Carthage in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 1.097 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley.


Sojitz Energy Venture completed the Vera Davis Well No. 8 to 9,930 feet 3.3 miles southwest of Clayton in the Carthage Field. On a 64/64-inch choke the well potentialed 852,000 cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley.


BP America completed the Carthage Gas Unit 13 Well No. 17H to 10,610 feet 5.2 miles northeast of Carthage in a wildcat field. This well potentialed 3.461 million cubic feet of gas on an adjustable choke.


XTO Energy completed the J.J. Sealey Well No. 12 to 9,715 feet 1.8 miles southeast of Carthage in the Carthage Field. On a 24/64-inch choke the well potentialed1.151 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley.


NFR Energy completed the Hemby GU Well No. 3H to 11,582 feet 1.6 miles northeast of Tatum in the North Carthage Field. The well potentialed 3.947 million cubic feet of gas on a 15/64-inch choke. Production is in the Bossier Shale.


Anadarko E&P completed the Boren Unit 1 Well No. 9HH to 10,684 feet in a lease 7.4 miles southeast of Carthage, in the Carthage Field. The well potentialed 4.839 million cubic feet of gas on a 22/64-inch choke. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.

East Texas Drilling Report 4-10-10

# Panola County

Chesapeake completed the Roquemore Well No. 1H to 16,321 feet 2.9 miles northwest of DeBerry in the North Carthage Field. On a 20/64-inch choke the potentialed 11.088 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Bossier Shale.

On an adjustable choke the Shivers G.U. Well No. 9 potentialed 163,000 cubic feet of gas. It was completed by Chevron U.S.A. the well hit 9,000 feet 4.7 miles southeast of Beckville in the Carthage Field. Production is in the Travis Peak.

Anadarko E&P completed the J.R. Kyle - A- Well No. 13 to 9,317 feet in a lease 6.6 miles southeast of Carthage, in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 941,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley.

E.TX Drilling 3/21/10:

Panola County

Chevron U.S.A. completed the S.E. Matthews Well No. 20-SH to 10,145 feet 2.9 miles east of Beckville in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 1.193 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley.


Anadarko E&P completed the CGU 21 Well No. 22 to 9,881 feet 5.5 miles northwest of Carthage in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 1.097 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley.


Lacy Operations completed the Cameron Unit 2 Well No. 14 hit 9,843 feet seven miles north of Carthage in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 1.831 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley.

Panola County

The Carthage Field has seen the Kelly-Lincoln Unit Well 6 completed by Chevron 9.6 miles northeast of Carthage at 10,039 feet. On adjustable choke, the well potentialed 497,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Travis Peak formation.

East Texas Drilling Report - 2/28/2010:

Panola County

When gauged on adjustable choke, Williams-Wall Gas Unit 14 potentialed 769,000 cubic feet of gas. Anadarko has completed this well 9.1 miles southeast to Carthage in the Carthage Field. Total depth of the well is 9,473 feet. Production is in Cotton Valley formation.


ConocoPhillips completed the Ball 2 Unit Well No. 13 in Carthage Field to of 9,580 feet. This well is 8.6 miles southwest of Carthage. On a 48/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 129,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.


Chinn completed the Edens 16 and 20 in the Beckville Field. No. 16 is 9.5 miles west of Carthage at 10,210 feet and potentialed 730,000 cubic feet of gas on a 14/64-inch choke. No. 20 is nine miles west of Carthage at 10,211 feet and potentialed 518,000 cubic feet of gas on a 14/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Panola County

The LaGrone, T.S. Well No.3-D has been completed by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in the Carthage Field. The well bottoms at 9,847-feet 15 miles southeast from Carthage. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 78,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on a 12/64-inch choke, the Hilltop Well No.1 potentialed 336,200 cubic feet of gas. This well was completed 4.7 miles southeast from DeBerry with a depth of 9,980-feet in the Carthage Field by St. Mary Land & Exploration Co. Production is in the Travis Peak formation.

E.TX Drilling Report: 1/2/2010:

Panola County

Berry Oil completed the Alton Sims Well No. 25 to 13,175 feet, 14 miles northwest of Jewett in the Freestone Field. On a 26/64-inch choke the well potentialed 3.537 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.


XTO Energy completed the Cordray Unit Well No. 2 to 11,855 feet, 2.5 miles northwest of Beckville in the North Carthage Field. On a 24/64-inch choke the well potentialed 234,000 cubic feet of gas in the Bossier Shale.


Anadarko E&P completed the Freeman Gas Unit Well No. 15 to 10,115 feet, 10.2 miles northwest of Carthage in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 1.636 million cubic feet of natural gas in the Cotton Valley.


On an adjustable choke, the CGU 9 Well No. 13 potentialed 1.023 million cubic feet of natural gas in the Carthage Field. The well is 3.9 miles southwest of Carthage. Operator was Anadarko E&P. Production was in the Cotton Valley.

The Carthage, North Field has seen XTO Energy Inc. completed two new wells. The New Horizons Well No. 7H is located eight miles northeast of Beckville with a depth of 15,333-feet. This well potentialed 6.906 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 22/64-inch choke. The PEC Minerals Gas Unit No. 2 Well No. 2H is located 6.8 miles southeast of DeBerry with a depth of 15,171-feet. When gauged on a 48/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 6.873 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Bossier Shale formation.
