I don't know where it is either. I was going to ask you. Anyone know where Tavener is in SA County?
Comment by JWC on January 21, 2009 at 14:18
Noticed 3 new wells permitted in SA County.
One permitted to 15000 ft. 2.3 mi SW of Tavener
One permitted to 8000 ft. 11.5 mi SW of Center
One permitted to 7800 ft. 6.2 mis SE of Aiken.

JWC and Shelley,
Where is Farmbrad's post about the Goodwin area? Was it on this San Augustine group site?
Comment by JWC on January 15, 2009 at 3:22
I read Farmbrads post. That is encouraging. Just need more like it.

I leased my land in June 08 to EOG Resources at $450.00 acre this was 2 weeks or so before my neighbors were getting $2000-$5000 per acre. but at least I got my money lots that signed for the $5000.acre never got paid.

I wasn't disputing that Eagle Stone and Eagle Oil are not one in the same...you are correct, and this is a statement that I can verify. But when you mention "EOG", you are referring to EOG out of Tyler, formerly Enron Oil & Gas...who were also leasing in this very same area.
