Has anyone received anything higher than $13K yet? With the recent news I think our property is worth at least $20K. What are your thoughts?

Does anyone know of any actitivy around Springridge. I live about 2 miles from Chimp Haven toward hwy 169. Sadly I have already leased to Tedan oil for $275 an acre but with only 2 acres I never thought it would amount to anything.

I'm from out of town and would like to gather some info. Is Township 16N Range 14W in one of the hot spots? Has any wells been drilled in that area? What are the $ value of the leases in that area? Do you know if any wells will be drilled in the area?
