Yes, just off Keith in the Meadowview subdivision. Some owners still holding out for a better offer, would one of the other companies be interested or are people not pissing in each others pools, to coin a phraise. Thanks

Anyone heard of offers on Keith round or surrounding area. People came through our neighborhood a couple of months ago and picked off a number of homes for 500 per home, 1/2 to 3/4 acrea lots. What are realistic option for the five or six of us who didn't sign up at that time. Thanks.

Yes we all understand that but ya know everyone wants a piece of us.It's like winning the lottery and people/ long lost relatives/ etc coming out of the woodwork to get a piece of the pie.We're all not going to get rich off of this. Were going to all get something, some more than others no doubt because one person might own 10-100 acres where as some of us only have a lot where our houses are sitting on.Some actually will or already has become a millionaire over night according to an article printed in the Shreveport times.No names were named.
Most of us out here are not experts on this oil and gas leases matter.This is why our group has someone to do the negotiations for us because we need someone who can get us the best deals.
If you feel that you can do better on your own then more power to you.I wish you the best but we were all told that it better to have a very large group then smaller groups.Someone said that we have more power with larger numbers .I agree

I would just be careful. The clauses in leases are very important depending on your situation.

This is "Quoted" from an email I received from Mr.Tim Graham.Concerning monies charged.

4% of lease bonus and NO ROYALTY'S
"Another thing that is of great concern is that there is a misconception about the fee paid to Jerry Merrill. We DO NOT have to pay him any upfront money. He doesn't get paid anything until he has successfully negotiated terms that we as a group are comfortable with. We choose to refuse the latest offer, then Jerry will be required to go back and rehash the terms."

I thought Mr. Merrill charged a % of royalty?
