Thanks Dr. WAVeSport. I do not want to be greedy and scare them away but I also want the best price. Thanks again.

Gatorguy,

Have heard...?...15K+ in South Caddo between Norris Ferry (south) and Ellerbe Road (south)... I don't know if you are on the eastside or westside of southside, but royalties are going up too.

You can ask for anything! When negotiating, go for the highest $ you can rationally think of using. All anyone can do is say no...and they will give you a counter offer. The counter offer may come later on, but you will be approached again...and again...and again...

Good Luck!

Hello South Caddo Shalers! Good Saturday to you!

Re: RRT Trust 30 and Moncla 31 wells off South Wallace Lake Road (very south Caddo): Sec 30 T16N R13W Field #9715 Spud date on RRT 3/21/08; No spud date on Moncla 31

You Field Guys out there, have any comments per the above? I cannot seem to find anyone who wants to comment. Thanks!

Looks like leasing offers are heating up all around south Caddo Parish along I-49 (East side south of Bert Kouns exit and moving eastward to Norris Ferry and Ellerbe Rds.

I have tried to find out, the only thing found was an old lease. The nearest producing well is .83 miles from my place. This is a vertical well drilled about 9,140 feet. The landmen that have contacted me have all confirmed the existence of the old lease. There are new leases near here for which only half or less of sections are being bought to fit the unit requirements.
