Jean - I greatly appreciate hearing your rumors as well. I own property in the area, but I don't live locally so having you repeat what the word is from the ground is very helpful to me.
I would like to think that soon I will be sitting on Easy Street (and even if it doesn't prove to be true, it makes me happy to fantasize!) :) Keep the rumors coming!
jean,
we really appreciate your positive rumors. i'm a rookie so, i don't know what to think. thanks to you and skip and all the others w/ hopeful thoughts. i was thinkin' of the french Jean, (sounds like john) vs the english Jean (sounds like gene.) i really can't guess. anyway, i stay positive.

jean,
my buddy and i are hoping you are female to validate our feelings about your posts, but, we like you a whole lot too if you are a guy. any hints?
You are probably right about the permit but I have reason to believe otherwise concerning the pump...there is another "rumor" but I will wait on that....
In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of) nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
