I'm a Louisiana girl through and through with 5 generations of family having lived in NW Louisiana pine country. Much to my mother's dismay, she and my dad raised me and my 3 siblings in southern New Jersey. So needless to say, the trips down home were frequent. I've shelled more than my fair share of peas on the front porch and fallen in many armadillo holes to count. The red dirt has forever stained my feet and my heart. Who could have dreamed we were sitting 10,000 above one of the world's largest NG deposits?
Now I've been married to the founder of this site for 8 years and handle all the sales. We have three children. Keith Jr is 9 months old with bright eyes and sweet smile. Fiona is 2 and can take of herself and any other baby within her reach. Our oldest is Adeline at 5 years old and she is busy impressing us as she learns how to read.
We are honored to be bringing this site to you. Thank you for what each of you brings to it. Please contact me at anna@gohaynesvilleshale.com.

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |

Thanks, Anna. I have a sufficiency of O&G related images. The kids give me a smile. They are growing like weeds. But then again, it's in their job description. LOL! Regards to all, Skip

An decent offer on the unleased land could be a good opportunity for the heirs.
We're expecting a couple bids, the 2nd one bigger than the first, but are playing the waiting game right now. What's happening with others out there???
