Offered a lease for oil and gas in La.
Lease is a Bath Form LA. Spec. Is there anything hidden in the fine print we should be cautious of?
Would appreciate private response from someone who has been thru this.
Thanks.

Are we to assume then that everyone that wishes to lease your property will be using the Cheap Shot Custom Lease Form #1, no riders? How long does it usually take you to get that bounced back from in-house legal from the lessee?

I am wondering if you could help me out. I'm looking a blank, digital copy of the Bath-Gram lease. Would anyone happen to have one or know where I can buy one to use in the SW LA area.
Any help would be much appreciated
Best regards,
Benny
