Just a leader question. Any oil and gas attorney recommended in Shreveport/Bossier area. I'm nowhere near asking one to read and or advise yet. Previous property attorney that we had died several years ago. One member of family has just received lease offer. The operator or buyer has attorney firm in Lafayette. Most of mineral rights are already partitioned.??

Thank each of you, we did receive copies of offers today and yesterday. I did call Randall Davidson to inquire about services. But it will probably be Monday before we touch base. They are trying to lowball us on royalties. But I'll not say much more for now. Trying to attend to sick pet, read this tiny print and other measures. Hope each of you have at least a pleasant and safe holiday.
I second that. Randy and his firm is great. There are other excellent O&G attorneys in Shreveport, but most of them represent producers.
I also recommend Davidson Summers in Shreveport. They helped my brother and I negotiate a great deal with Indigo about 6 months ago.
