Nope.  They are registered with the DNR as an operator, no wells listed, and with the Secretary State.  See above.  Their principle business address appears to be a vacant lot in PA.

Their "About" page says they have been in heavy bridge and concrete construction since 1987 and ventured into the Marcellus in 2007. They appear to be branching out.

I think I have seen Jo Beth Taylor's name attached to a bunch of different companies.

A concrete company out of Missouri bought some Austin Chalk wells a couple of years ago in the Avoyelles/Evangeline Parish area.

since my original response to td,p's first post in this thread, i've gone to the miniche group's website.

there, they proudly depict what i'm sure they feel is the shining jewel of their rig fleet. 

now, drilling isn't my line of work, but, to me, the depicted rig looks to be either the world's newest/best water well rig or a new and somewhat capable work-over rig.

imo, there ain't no hydrocarbon wells deeper than early/shallow caddo pine island field wells that's gonna be drilled with such a rig.

i again ask: just who are these people?

If you are speaking of the the Foreman and Basco chalk wells bought by a concrete company last year. I (unfortunately)brokered those deals. Neosho Concrete products is their name. There are some very unhappy people regarding that bunch.

Jo Beth Taylor (K-J) does regulatory and production reporting compliance work for many smaller companies and ventures. They basically do service on contract rather than the company having to task someone internally to do it for them.
