Hmmmm. That's also interesting. The post may not be compatible with the site rules as it could be seen as a solicitation for a subscription report. In other words, an unpaid advertisement for the publisher. You can always contact Keith for clarification. He might wish to make them an advertiser on the sites.

The Federal lease data is available for free directly from BLM, but due to lease terms and conditions, as well as a 1/8 royalty rate, its not really fair to compare that to the local lease rates.
Stupid Fed Gov.
I would imagine that most state DNRs have an online database and somewhere within that database is the data on state leases and lease tracts auctioned by the state for other municipal governments and public bodies (school boards, fire districts, levee boards, etc.). Here is a link to Louisiana's:
