E.TX Drilling 8/15 & 8/22/2010:

Developmental:


XTO Energy will drill the Coyotes DU Well No. 1H to 19,000 feet 6.4 miles northwest of San Augustine in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This well is in the G. Anderson, G Survey, A-47.


EnCana Oil & Gas will drill the Black Stone Unit A-43 Well No. 2H to 14,800 feet 12.1 miles southwest of San Augustine in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This well is in the A. Spear Survey, A-43.

The Viney Greer 1H will be drilled 7.03 miles northwest of San Augustine in Angie (Pettet) Field. Cabot Oil & Gas will drill in the V. Greer Survey, A-517, to 9,000 feet.


EOG will drill McKinney Gas 1H in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This well will be drilled 5.8 miles east of Chireno in E. Brown Survey, A-57, and will bottom at 14,200 feet.

In the report posted yesterday they said they were still drilling the lateral.

Completions:


San Augustine County

The Angie Field has seen the Timberstar-Davis GU 3 Well No. 1H completed by Southwestern Energy. This well hit 12,202 feet 5.2 miles northeast of Attoyac. On a 43/64-inch choke the well potentialed 4.922 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the James Lime.


Devon Energy completed the Skillern GU Well No. 1 to 12,787 feet 2.2 miles west of San Augustine in a wildcat field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 1.550 million cubic feet of gas.

Developmental:

The Southwestern Energy Production will drill the Steadham GU 1 Well No. 1H to 7,900 feet 5.6 miles northeast of Attoyac in the Angie (James Lime) Field. This well is in the S. Stedham Survey, A-250.

Southwestern Energy completed the Timberstar-BP-Railroad 152 GU 2 Well No. 1H to 11,492 feet 5.8 miles northeast of Attoyac in the Angie Field. On a 42/64-inch choke the well potentialed 3.324 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the James Lime.

Developmental:

San Augustine County

Southwestern Energy will drill the Timberstar-BP-Platt GU 2 Well No. 1H to 7,600 feet 6.6 miles northeast of Attoyac in the Angie (James Lime) Field. The well is in the T. Platt Survey, A-219.

St. Mary Energy's new Clark #1-H well site is 3.4 miles north of San Augustine, not east. As in their Lewis #1-H a few hundred feet away, the "direction from the nearest town" is listed incorrectly on the RRC application.
