Anyone shed some light in Rusk county on 2 wells I have RI in, Lone Star 2 & 3 both operated by Rockcliff Energy. No pymnts. received since Sept. 2024 yet I receive offers every other month to purchase my RI for these from Vanguard Partners for $10K+ (started @ $7500.) yet I'm UNC on why? The RRC website is not helpful in determining the attractiveness w/ these 2 wells so any help is appreciated.See More
