Anybody know what happened to this well?  Production suddenly dropped several months ago. Last DT-1 was 0 and Allowables dropped to 1.  The other wells in the section are producing.I can find nothing…Continue

Just got my first check from Castleton Resources on the old SWEPI wells. Check your statement closely if you have the same.They messed up big time.  Price was much better than SWEPI as well as deductions, but the volume was half of what it should be.  When SWEPI split out from EXCO SWEPI kept the original owner percentages and cut the volume in half.  EXCO kept the original volume and cut the owner percentages in half.  Looks like Casleton cut both in half.The also took deductions on a non…See More

Anybody heard of Castleton Resources, LLC in Houston?I got a letter from Shell (SWEPI) saying that Castleton bought BG US Production Company's interest in Caddo, DeSoto and Red River parishes and Shell no longer would be administering payments for BG effective immediately.Also if you got a letter from Shell, the actual website address is misspelled.  It is /upstream/ not /upsteam/.See More

"With 6 Haynesville wells in that section, this one well being "off" production does not mean much.  They may have shut it in for a work over or a nearby frac or refrac.  Count your blessings to have this many wells in one…"
