SWN Oil Restoration Fee and joint owership calculations

SWN apparently just changed GEP over to their revenue statements. The new statement included a Production Tax labeled RESFEE which I assume is the Oilfield site restoration fee, established with RS 30:87.   Section E states that these fees shall be borne by the responsible parties and not by the royalty and overriding royalty owner. Also if you have any wells that are jointly owned SWN changed the way they calculate owner volume - apparently they halved the volume and doubled the distribution…See More

"Makes sense.  The two feeder lines look like 12" lines.  One goes due north the other north west into 12N 11W.  Both have a MLV at this location. If they reverse the flows, that would fill a 20" line if you account for…"

Question about a new pipeline.

We are under discussions for a pipeline in Red River parish.  The prints are titled "VIne North Project Expansion, Desoto Parish". It is being done by Enable Midstream and is a 20" pipe.  I think it may be connecting to the new North-South pipeline they are constructing. My question is the pipeline ends in S 19, T 12N, R 10W in the middle of a field.  There are two small feeder lines nearby but nothing else.  Anyone have any idea what they are going to do with this?See More

"You can use the Sonris Range/Township map and compare it to the one above.  Follow the bottom line of Panola County.  T12N/R16w is the section directly east and has the same bottom line.  You can count sections from there."
