"I've had issues with TGNR responding to my emails as well. At first, they were reasonably responsive, then crickets. I haven't tried the demand letter, but that's good advice. Good luck... to both of us!"

Issues with TNGR

I have two questions and would like to know if anyone else has these problems or has advice.1.  Last month TNGR deducted costs from a number of wells that are cost free.  They deducted these costs from production months 3/22, 11/22, 12/22, and 3/23.  No other months, not even the current month (at that time).  I contacted employee relations immediately Their comments were "we have received a lot of complaints about this".  I emailed them the details and they acknowledged the email in…See More

Questions about new cross section wells

SWN recently completed four multiple section wells in 14N-14W. Two start in section 8 and go south, two in section 17 and go north. The first payment details showed up this week.  I have two questions.1. How can I find out the length of the perforations for each section for each well so I can verify that the owner percentage is correct?  The last time I had a well like this Exco sent the data before the first payment. I looked at the well information (history and other docs) on SONRIS but did…See More

Question about completion vs payment - SWN

SWN completed four wells - s/n 253103, 253104, 253105 and 253106 (Burford and Ben Land) in sections 8-17-20 and 17-20 of 14N 14W.  Completion dates were 6/29 for two and 7/8 for two.  I have not seen any production on Sonris or seen any paper work (division order?) defining the percentages for each section. Since it has been four months since these wells have been turned over to sales, does anybody have any idea when should I expect  data in Sonris and payment for production?See More
