OK, we just hired an hourly attorney for our group. Based on the fact that I have already done the research, we are doing our own negotiations and we only need the attorney for a few things our group felt it wise not to go with one of the percentage attorneys. Our costs are going to be significantly less this way. Anyway, if anyone wants to join our group for negotiating that has not already contacted me please do so. Word is the companies are interested in larger acreage offerings even if they are not contiguouse. email me @ kassi205@aol.com if you want to discuss joining your group or section or land with ours.

I have appx. 5 acres in section 1, T15N-R14W, I know a lot of the people in this section signed a 3 year lease appx three years. I would like to hear from people in this section and see where we stand.--this section is in desoto parish

Did anyone else see these two completed wells reported in the Shreveport Times today? Look at the pressure on the first one, and the production on the second one. I'm not a geologist, but these two look like real winners. Am I right?

COMPANY: Chesapeake Operating Inc., HA RA SUA; Williams 22 H: 3, 235919. WHERE: Caspiana Field, S. 22, T. 15N, R. 15W. DAILY PRODUCTION: 1,488 mcf gas on 3/64-inch choke; 0 barrels water. PRESSURE: 7,600 lbs. SPECIFICS: Haynesville RA; perforations, 11,734-14,650 feet, depth, 14,725 feet.

COMPANY: WSF Inc., Killen 13: 3, 235984. WHERE: Elm Grove Field, S. 13, T. 16N, R. 11W. DAILY PRODUCTION: 16,440 mcf gas on 28/64-inch choke; 2 barrels 48 gravity condensate; 219 barrels water. PRESSURE: 3,350 lbs. SPECIFICS: Non-unitized Lower Cotton Valley RA; perforations, 10,133-13,538 feet, depth, 13,650 feet

I understand DesotoDue my be looking for large tracts of land to add to his presentation to the gas companies. See him for details.

I have 4 acres in desoto parish section 01 T15 R14,I signed with caruthers producing appx 3 years ago. This agreement will end the 25th of october this year. If there are no wells producing at this time will this contract expire. will I be open for new offers
