I would like to say hello to everyone, and i hope everyone are doing ok in these ruff times. i would like to know, if anyone has any up date on the activity of a well that is located at sec23,t11north,r13 west.. i would appreciate any information that you can give me. Thank You Woody

Jo Ann, there is no such thing as the "going price" in DeSoto or any other parish at this time. By this I mean that offers vary widely depending on specifics. Size of mineral tract(s), location, potential for surface use, proximity to producing wells or development activity, competition between companies, etc. If anyone gives you a "going price" without asking the details of your mineral estate be very wary. The actual worth could be much higher.

Does anyone know the going price for a lease in Desoto Parish. The current lease on my property will soon expire and I am allready receiving call from different companies intrested in leasing. I initally leased two months befored the news of HA shale broke, I don't want to be taken again.

Skip, thank you. We sold our house and moved to Texas but kept our mineral rights. We received notice about the units and also about running a seismic, but since we live out of state, we're not sure what's happening. Thanks so much.

Diane. S32 - 15N - 14W is a Chesapeake drilling unit but they have not permitted a well yet.

A friend of mine thought it would be a beautiful site to see a helicopter flight over DeSoto Parish at Night. All the rigs lit up and all. You think you could make that happen, KEITH?
