P/A and PE

In 2,11N,16W there are several wells........Plugged and Abandoned and Permit Expired. Have the previous developers relinquished their rights? Even if they haven't, are rights renegotiable? Depths are between 8900' and 1950'. They are holes in the ground which, in my green way of thinking, is that they only have to go deeper to the Haynesville if that were plausible. Anyone offering me a glimmer of hope?

Long Overdue Update...

I'm sorry it has taken so long for me to post an update! It may have seemed that I had fallen off the face of the earth, but no, I have been spending the last several weeks traveling the back roads of Haynesville Parishes. I rarely have cell phone reception, much less access to the internet for my computer.

A little more info on Murray #21

Jack found out these two tanks on the well site are standard procedure. They have one tank for water and one tank for condensate/oil even if the well is a dry gas well.
Jack found out the frac was 13 stages in a 4000' plus lateral. That has got to mean this well will be killer (at least that is jack's thinking).
I am still beating the bushes to find out what the IP was.
Please post it here if you hear anything related to this well.

Section 21 t10n r11w MattheW Murray #21 current status

-Jack Blake wants to keep up with this well and hopes others who have interest in or knowlege of will post.

-Today Jack learned that the well was flowed back within the past couple weeks and there was a big flare burning. Yeah!!!!

Section 33 .9.11 Belmont ????

I live in the Belmont area , a 2 acre house place i bought after they came through leasing the land , i also bought the mineral rights with it , at this time it hasnt been leased . the guys doing surveys in my area quickly pointed out that myself and the man across the road were the only ones who didn't lease our land . when i asked who to talk to or what should i do about this i am told nobody is leasing and nobody seems to know who to talk to about this , then they send me a letter talking… Continue
