Hi Jay you seem to be the expert on this subject.
I have property in Shreveport and Haughton in Bossier. Neither one has a lease on it at the moment because of the fear of being taken advantage of. Can you share with me if they are still leasing in these areas, if so what are the best companies to deal with.
